Registration Questions

This is one of the most asked questions in the 3ok FAQ. To register, you'll need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number (11 digits), a strong password, and you must be at least 18 years old. No email address is required. Your account is activated after mobile OTP verification.

The entire registration process takes under 2 minutes. Enter your mobile number → set a password → verify with OTP — and your account is ready. You can deposit and start betting right away.

No. Under 3ok's rules, each person is allowed only one account. Only one account can be registered per mobile number. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any winnings may be forfeited.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at 3ok. In line with international responsible gaming standards, we do not approve accounts for minors. Proof of identity may be requested for age verification.

For regular betting and deposits, mobile OTP verification is all you need. However, for large withdrawals above a certain threshold, you may be required to submit a national ID or passport. This is done to keep your account secure.

Yes. On the login page, select the "OTP Login" tab. Enter your mobile number and tap "Send OTP." Enter the 6-digit code you receive and you're in — no password needed. This method is more secure when using a public device.

Yes, you can log in to the same account from both mobile and desktop at the same time. If you sign in from an unfamiliar device, the system may ask for OTP verification — this is for your security.

Change your password immediately and log out of all other devices. Then notify our support team. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — 3ok staff will never ask for your password.

Real balance is the money you've deposited yourself and can be withdrawn at any time. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is met — it can only be used for placing bets.

Betting & Sports

Log in Bet Go to the Sports Betting section. Select the "Live" tab. You'll see ongoing matches with real-time odds. Click on your preferred odds, enter your stake, and confirm.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in certain cases (within a set window before the match starts), a cash-out option may be available. If cash-out is available, it will be shown on your betting slip.

Yes. If a match is fully cancelled or abandoned, all bets placed on that match are automatically refunded to your account.
